Any damage caused to the product at this stage may affect your right to cancel. In the event of an exchange, the new order will be dispatched after receipt and checking of the returned product by ENKO.
Checking of the product by ENKO will take no more than 15 working days from receipt of the product by ENKO.
If you exercise your right of cancellation ENKO will reimburse the sums paid within 14 days of being notified of your request and using the same payment method with which the order was made.

All our products are protected by the legal warranty of conformity and by the warranty against hidden defects provided for by articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code.
In the event of non-conformity of a product sold, it can be returned, exchanged or refunded.
All complaints and requests for exchange or refund must be made by email or by using the form in the contact section within 30 days of delivery.
The products must be returned to us in the condition in which you received them with all accompanying items (accessories, packaging, documentation etc).
Postage costs will be refunded to you according to the invoiced amount and return postage costs will be refunded to you on presentation of the relevant receipts.
The provisions of this article do not affect your right of cancellation under article 6.
The products offered comply with current French legislation.
ENKO cannot be held responsible for non-compliance with the legislation of the country to which the product is delivered.
It is your responsibility to check with your local authorities the requirements regarding import and use of the products or services you are intending to order.
In addition, ENKO cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from misuse of the product purchased.
Finally, ENKO cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience or damage caused through use of the internet, such as a break in service, interference from outside or the presence of computer viruses.
The language of this contract is French. These conditions of sale are subject to French law. All disputes shall be dealt with exclusively by French courts.
